Answer: New2 supports three wearing methods: strap (wrist-worn), clip (collar-worn), and lanyard (hanging). It adopts a modular snap design. Pressing the button on the back can slide and replace the adapter to ensure a stable fit.

2. What does the IP69 waterproof and dustproof rating specifically mean? Can it be worn while swimming or taking a bath?

Answer: IP69 indicates that the product has a maximum level 6 dust-proof capability (completely preventing dust from entering) and a level 9 waterproof capability. According to the parameter table, it can withstand 80 ± 5℃ hot water spray, sufficient to handle heavy rain, sweat, and rinsing. However, it is not designed for complete immersion (such as swimming or diving). The warranty terms in the manual clearly exclude damage caused by "immersing for more than 30 minutes", so it is not recommended for use in swimming or prolonged underwater activities.

3. How long can it be used after a single charge? Is there a difference between actual use and the claimed 20 hours?

Answer: The product can provide approximately 20 hours of music playback when fully charged. The specific duration depends on the volume and audio content. The standby time can reach 30 days, and it has an intelligent power-saving function: it will automatically shut down after 19 minutes of no operation.

4. Is the Bluetooth connection stable? What is the effective distance in open outdoor areas or complex environments?

Answer: The product uses Bluetooth 6.0 version, providing a more stable connection and lower power consumption. In an open area without obstructions, the effective transmission distance can reach approximately 60 meters; in a complex environment with walls, the distance is about 30 meters.

5. How to use the "1+N multi-device interconnection" function? How many speakers can it connect to?

Answer: The steps to enable the function are as follows:
1. Connect the first New2 to your phone.
2. Turn on the second New2 and enter pairing mode. Connect it using the same phone.
3. Quickly press the rotation buttons of both speakers twice simultaneously to activate the multi-connection mode (with a notification sound).
Theoretically, it can connect to countless devices.

6. How loud is 129dB? Can it be heard clearly during outdoor cycling or hiking?

Answer: 129dB is an extremely high sound pressure level, sufficient to provide clear and powerful sound in outdoor environments. The data has a ±5dB fluctuation. The actual listening experience is affected by the audio content, but it is sufficient to ensure clear listening in wind noise or hiking environments.

7. Are the rotation buttons prone to accidental touch?

Answer: The rotation buttons integrate multiple functions, but the operation logic is clear:
 Power on/off: Long press (3 seconds to turn on/5 seconds to turn off).
 Change song: Quickly rotate to the bottom.
 Volume adjustment: Slowly adjust up/down in stages.
 Play/Pause/Answer call: Press once.
This differentiated operation method can effectively prevent accidental touch.

8. How many times does the product weigh? Will it be burdensome to wear?

Answer: The net weight of the product is only 43.66 grams (approximately the weight of an egg), and it is small in size. Combined with ergonomic design, it aims to achieve "unobtrusive wearing", and there will be no burden even after long-term use.

II. Ordering, Personalized Customization and Delivery

9. How to order personalized engraving services? Where do I input the text I want to engrave?

Answer: Place an order on the customization page. During the shopping process, note the text you want engraved and we will engrave it at the designated position on the steel sheet according to your requirements.

10. What formats and character limits are there for engraving content?

Answer: Up to 6 letters can be supported, and there are no restrictions on the font.

11. Can it be returned or exchanged after engraving?

Answer: Customized products do not support no-reason return or exchange.

12. How long does it take to ship after placing an order? Are custom-made products subject to a longer shipping time?

Answer: The delivery time is usually one week longer than that of regular products.

13. Do you offer international delivery? How are the shipping fees and customs duties calculated?

Answer: We offer international delivery and cover the corresponding shipping costs.

14. Can my order be modified or cancelled?

Answer: It can be modified or cancelled before shipment. After shipment, modification and cancellation are not supported.

III. Use and Maintenance

15. How to charge the New2? Is there fast charging? What should I pay attention to for the first use?

Answer: Connect the speaker to the computer or a 5V/1A power adapter via the Type-C data cable provided in the packaging. Fast charging is not supported. It is recommended to fully charge the device before the first use. The indicator light will be red during charging and will go off after it is fully charged. The entire process takes approximately 1.5 hours.

16. How to clean and maintain my speaker? Especially the metal engraving part.

Answer: When cleaning, use a soft cloth dampened with alcohol to wipe the surface. Do not use solvents or chemical cleaners. The metal engraving part is made by laser engraving and does not require additional maintenance.

17. How to pair the speaker with my phone/tablet?

Answer: Pairing: After turning on the device (the first time it will automatically enter the pairing mode), search for "New2" in the Bluetooth list and connect.

18. How to switch between different wearing accessories (bracelet, lapel clip, hanging rope)?

Answer: As shown in the illustration in the manual: Press the button on the back of the product with your finger and slide the adapter you want to remove to release it. Then install the new accessory.

19. How should it be stored when not in use for a long time?

Answer: Please store the product in a dry, cool place, away from fire sources, high heat sources (such as heaters), and avoid direct sunlight for a long time.

IV. Warranty and After-sales

20. How long is the warranty provided for the product? What does the warranty cover?

Answer: From the purchase date, the product enjoys a 12-month limited warranty (purchase voucher is required). The warranty covers material or workmanship defects.

21. If my speaker malfunctions or is damaged, how can I perform after-sales repair?

Answer: Contact the dealer who sold the product.

22. Can I return or exchange the product for non-quality issues (such as not liking it)? What are the procedures and conditions?

Answer: Non-quality issues do not provide returns or exchanges.
