I. Warranty Overview
Warranty period: You will enjoy a limited warranty service for 12 months starting from the date you purchase from the official or authorized channels of Yousonnra.
Warranty Certificate: The valid original purchase voucher (such as an electronic receipt or a screenshot of the order) is the key basis for enjoying the warranty service. Please ensure to keep it properly.
Warranty scope: This warranty covers product performance failures caused by material or workmanship defects under normal usage conditions.

II. Warranty Process
If the product malfunctions, please follow the steps below to apply for warranty service:
Contact Support: Please first contact our customer service team via email at support@yousonnra.com, and provide your order information, description of the product issue, and relevant supporting documents.
Fault Diagnosis: Our technical support team will provide you with an initial diagnosis of the fault and a solution.
After-sales Service: If you really need warranty service, we will guide you to send the product to the designated address. Please note that unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification will result in the invalidation of the warranty.
Testing and Handling: After receiving the product, we will conduct testing within a reasonable period of time. If it is indeed a problem within the warranty scope, we will offer free repair or replacement. If it does not fall within the warranty scope, we will inform you of the available repair options and the associated costs.

III. Exceptional Warranty Conditions (Not Covered by Warranty)
The following types of product damage are not included in this warranty coverage:
Incorrect usage and accidental damage: This includes but is not limited to drops, compressions, impacts, or damage caused by immersion in liquids beyond the product's design standards (IP69), or high-pressure spraying, etc.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs: Any disassembly, repair, or modification not carried out by Yousonnra's official or authorized service providers.
Consumable parts and appearance: Wear and tear caused by normal use, scratches, and natural aging of accessories (such as straps and lanyards).
Force Majeure: Damage caused by natural disasters such as fires, floods, or lightning strikes, or by unexpected accidents.
Personalized customized products: For products that have undergone personalized engraving, if there are no quality defects, returns and exchanges are generally not supported without valid reasons. For specific policies, please refer to the "Return and Refund Policy".

IV. Warranty Disclaimer
This warranty clause grants you specific legal rights. You may also have other consumer rights that vary depending on the local laws of your location.
Within the maximum scope permitted by law, Yousonnra shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental or special losses.
